Chuck E Cheese

Our good friends have triplets with a birthday the day after Kyler's. Since it is such a hard time of year to have a birthday party, for the last two years we have gotten together over the break to celebrate a combined birthday together. They have kids close to the ages of our kids and all the kids get along so well together. They have a son about a year older than Kyler, triplets Tayden's age and a little girl a few months younger than Ady. This year we took all 8 kids to Chuck E. Cheese together and had a terrific time.

(Haley hit the Jackpot!)

We went as soon as it opened on New Year's Eve and we were pretty much the only people there until lunch time when we left. It worked out really well. The kids had so much fun together and they didn't have to worry about waiting for turns on anything. Our CEC had been expanded since the last time we were there so it felt like we had a lot of room to run and play as well as play the games. Megan brought a cake for all the birthday kids.

(Ady loved this one, she cracked me up turning that little
wheel as fast as her little arms would go!)

Some of the games/rides at CEC take your picture, so I gave the kids extra tokens to get those done. (Otherwise they wouldn't "waste" their precious tokens on them!)

Here are some of my favorite ones

Ady Decided to Kiss Chuck E. for her next picture. What a silly girl! :)

There was a new thing that the kids loved. It takes your picture and then puts it on these little cards that the kids were pretending were Driver's licenses. Here is Kyler's

There is also one that takes your picture and then turns it into a drawing.
