Girl's Weekend Getaway

Some friends and I went on a weekend shopping trip.
We left on a Friday afternoon, went out to eat, relaxed at a hotel, then woke up the next morning for a full Saturday of outlet mall shopping. We had a really fun time and got lots of good deals.

Happy Easter!

Every year when the Easter bunny comes to our house he leaves a note for the kids telling them which color of eggs they are supposed to look for. Usually Ady gets the pink and purple, Tayden gets Green and blue and Kyler gets Orange and yellow. Then they look around the house finding their eggs. The kids are so excited to wake up and see what surprises they got!

Hunting for Eggs


Ady is always super excited to look for the eggs. I have a similar picture of her from last year. I love this age!

Easter Eggs

We had so much fun this year dying Easter Eggs. The kids are all old enough now to be able to do it on their own, so I bought a dozen for each of them.

We had so much fun dying them the first time that we bought another 5 dozen and did it again with Nana and Papa.

Easter Egg Hunt

Each year there is an egg hunt at the retirement community where my Grandmother lives.
All of the cousins enjoy getting together and hunting eggs.

They are divided up into age groups and they get prizes for getting the most or the least in their age group. This year Ady and Tayden both got the most eggs for their age and Kyler got the second most.
